Kitchen Remodel Delray Beach, FL
This kitchen is located in a townhouse on the Intracoastal Waterway in Delray Beach. The client came to us as a referral from several neighbors we had previously worked with. Their kitchen was uncomfortable to work in, wasted space, and had a dated look.
We extended the kitchen by relocating an A/C return vent and leveled the ceiling to one uniform height, giving the space a larger, more unified feel. To accommodate the tall homeowner, we bumped out the sink so they could wash dishes comfortably without bumping their head. We also moved the range to the sink wall, creating a much better workspace for preparation and cooking.
Additionally, we made space for a built-in wine chiller and added a much-needed pantry cabinet with roll-out shelves. The light granite countertops, taupe subway tiles, and mosaic backsplash provided the finishing touches for an up-to-date, inviting look. Finally, we installed a water-resistant laminate floor in the kitchen and family room, adding a warm, inviting feel to the entire home.
