We love the workmanship that went into our new bathroom. Joyce did a great design and incorporated everything that we wanted. We are so pleased with the storage, shower and the lighting. Mario was a master at laying the tile and his workmanship was very precise. He as well as others who worked on the remodeling were professional, courtesy and kept things neat and clean as they could. Glen kept us appraised of when the plumbers, electrician and inspectors were to come in. We would not hesitate to call on them in the future.
Over a lifetime of 84 years we have worked with many contractors on new home purchases, remodels, condos at the shore and Florida summer homes. Most projects have been frustrating and difficult - until Wyman Builders entered our lives. A Very Positive Experience In January 2015 there was a fire in our condominium building in Boca Raton and our apartment suffered water damage. Early on it was clear there would be problems because this was a vacation home and we were non residents, there could be mold and there were multiple insurers. Fortunately we were directed to Jeff and Joyce Wyman of TriCounty Restoration and Wyman Builders. Jeff professionally tested and confirmed that mold was present. By clearly documenting everything he was able to help us achieve a reasonable insurance settlement and he found mold on 3 walls behind cabinets in the kitchen. He resolved the issue completely and the apartment was confirmed to be mold free. We met with Jeff and Joyce to discuss a new kitchen and other renovations. We discussed our needs and the Wymans came back with a plan that was excellent and within our budget. Once we left Florida for the season, the work began and was completed on time, the only delays being related to disputes with the insurers. They communicated with us very well during the process. When the work was completed, we returned to Florida for the final inspection. The “new†apartment exceeded our expectations. The short “punch list†was corrected quickly and completely by their friendly staff. The Wymans are true professionals. Their communication skills are excellent. The quality of their work is the best. Their crew is a pleasure to work with. We are so pleased that we found Wyman Builders / TriCounty Restoration to work for us.

My experience with Wyman Builders goes back more than 20 years when Jeff, as young man, worked with his dad in New York. When I purchased my home in Boca 10 years ago, I was overjoyed to reconnect with Jeff and Wyman Builders. What most impressed me back in NY, as well as now in Boca, is Jeff's acute attention to detail. He's a perfectionist! I have worked with Jeff and Wyman Builders on 3 different projects over the years and found their work impeccable. In fact, the 2 projects that were executed in Florida were done during the summer while my wife and I were back in our NY home. We gave Jeff the plans and let him run with them, while returning only once to choose paint colors. The projects came in on schedule and on budget. Our next project, the kitchen, will be done next summer and we are looking forward to working with his lovely wife, Joyce whose kitchen designs are award winning. Construction/renovation is never easy, but working with the Wymans at Wyman Builders is as good as it gets on both a professional and personal level.

Although our remodel was a relatively small job they spent as much time with us as we needed. I rarely give reviews, but other people need to know - When choosing a contractor, use one with a license, one that will actually show up, and one that cleans up after themselves!! Please benefit from my experience - I'll only use Wyman Builders! Jeff obviously goes above and beyond where quality and a keen eye are concerned. Joyce is a fantastic help designing and decorating - she didn't just point me in the right direction... she took me from place to place assisting me every step of the way!
Wyman Builders did an excellent job for us at our Delray Beach Condo. Living in NY, it was important to find a reliable contractor. Jeff has always very been particular about quality and a man of his word. Five years later; and still no issues with any of Jeff's work. We plan on having him do some additional work for us this year; I wouldn't chance using a different contractor.
I cannot give Wyman builders enough stars. Our original search for a contractor was an absolute nightmare. We tried to do our due diligence and research and interview Several different companies. They all left much to be desired and none of them seemed trustworthy. I was quite frustrated. Then my wife came across an ad for Wyman Builders. They truly were the answer to our problems. Many companies say they are a great, but can't back it up. Jeff and Joyce Wyman are the absolute best. My wife and I just got married and are lifelong south florida residents. There is no chance that we will ever deal with another builder. I can't stress enough your search is over. Wyman is the only choice! From start to finish and even after they were kind, helpful and always available to answer any questions. Most companies barely seem to return your calls so to find someone as responsive as they are is truly unique in the industry. Joyce helped us pick all of the elements for our remodel. From appliances to cabinet pulls she assisted us with every step and decision. Their years of experience ensure that we have the right elements in our kitchen that will keep our house in great condition for years to come. We can't say enough good things about our experience with the Wyman's.
Joyce & Jeff Wyman, as soon as they looked at our kitchen, pictured it as an empty space. The design that followed from this strategy gave us a VERY efficient kitchen. Even though it is small kitchen, it was laid out so that we have the best utilization of space. All the work was done while we were out of town. When we returned, we were pleasantly surprised by the excellent workmanship. And even found that some things were done that were not in the contract, but added to the beauty of the kitchen. There was a small punch list that was taken care of without any hesitation or problems. All in all it was a GREAT experience using Wyman Builders!!
Joyce and Jeff Wyman, and their staff provide high quality, professional work from start to finish. This included any town applications and approvals. All prices and "add on's" were clearly written down so we knew what to expect as far as the cost. They offer high end, quality products that will last forever. They designed and built our kitchen and bathroom. Oh what fun going to the warehouse picking out the granite! Each detail is shared with you and expert ideas are offered on how to create a better, functional environment. They also added a hot water heater in an out of the way area as they thought ahead about our water needs for the new bathtub. They also put in wood floors and had someone come in to paint the walls. When the painters did not do a good job he had them come in under his supervision to redo them at no cost to us! Most of all, it was fun getting to know these two special people who give their all to what they do.
For several years we wanted to remodel our kitchen and several other rooms but were concerned about finding the right company to do the work. The minute we saw the new design we liked it and felt that this would be great addition to our home. Jeff and Joyce put a lot of extra effort into the small details that made our kitchen look beautiful. We were impressed with the talented group of craftsmen that carried out the work. We feel very lucky to have found them. Every morning we enjoy comfort and beauty of this wonderful kitchen.
